Change Billing Plan
To change a billing plan, follow the steps below.
- Once logged into the mambo EMM Console navigate to Billing > Change Subscription.
- Select the desired plan, make sure you take a look at the feature list to select in accordance to your requirement.
- Once you have selected the required plan, select Confirm Change.
- Your plan should now be updated.
Available Plans
1. Basic Plan
$0.99 per device / month
A lightweight plan for simple enrollment and doing basic policy features.
Does NOT include:
- Finding a device
- Broadcasting messages to devices
- Custom branding
- Supercharged kiosk
- Geofencing
- Remote control
- Device possession
- eSIM management
2. Standard Plan
$1.49 per device / month
Designed for teams that need more control and visibility over devices.
Includes:
- Custom branding
- Finding a device
- Broadcasting messages to devices
- Device possession
Does NOT include:
- Supercharged kiosk
- Geofencing
- Remote control
- eSIM management
3. Advanced Plan
$2.49 per device / month
Recommended for enterprise-level device management.
Includes:
- Custom branding
- Finding a device
- Broadcasting messages to devices
- Supercharged kiosk
- Remote control
- Device possession
- eSIM management
Does NOT include:
- Geofencing (currently unavailable)
Important Notes
- Billing is calculated on a per-device, per-month basis.
- If devices are already enrolled, subscription changes are applied in the next billing cycle.
- Downgrading your plan may disable certain features on enrolled devices.
- Upgrading your plan will unlock features immediately.
