Configure RHINO Device Insights

RHINO Device Insights is a tool for EMM administrators to collect and analyze device or app-level usage metrics. This helps organizations optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Steps to Configure Device Insights

1. Log in to the mambo EMM console and navigate to Management > Policy Component.
2. Select Add / Select Application Component, and click Configure.
3. In the list of added applications, select a specific application and expand the application settings.
4. Scroll down to Capture Device Insights and enable the checkbox.
5. Set the Device Insights Time Interval (in seconds) in the provided field. The minimum interval is 900 seconds (15 minutes). This determines how frequently data is collected.
6. Click UPDATE to save the configuration.

Once configured, you can view the captured insights on the device page to analyze data for more informed decision-making.
