Deleting a Team

You can delete your team if you are the Team Owner. Deleting a team permanently removes all related data after the defined deletion period.


Steps to Delete a Team

  1. Once logged into the console, navigate to Management > Team Settings > Delete Team.
  2. Review the displayed information about your team’s current status (trial, billing, or reseller).
  3. Click on Delete Team to begin the deletion process.
  4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the warning carefully and confirm the deletion.
  5. Once confirmed, your team enters a Pending Deletion state.
  6. During this period, your data remains stored and can be restored if you cancel the deletion before the final deletion date.

Conditions That Affect Deletion

Teams on Trial

  • If your team is still within its free trial period, you will see a message explaining that deleting the team will immediately end your trial access.
  • You can still delete the team while in the trial phase.

Teams After Trial (No Payment Method)

  • If your trial has ended and you have not added a valid payment method, you can still delete your team within 30 days after the trial ends.
  • The page will display the final deletion date, showing when the deletion will be completed.

Admin-Initiated Deletion

  • If an administrator or reseller has already scheduled your team for deletion, the delete button will not appear.
  • In this case, the page will display a message indicating that deletion is already pending.

Canceling a Pending Deletion

If your team is currently marked for deletion, you can cancel the request before the final deletion date.

  1. Go to Management > Team Settings > Delete Team.
  2. You’ll see a message indicating that deletion is in progress.
  3. Click Cancel Delete to stop the process.
  4. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog box that appears.
  5. Once confirmed, your team’s deletion request is canceled and all access is restored.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Once deletion is confirmed, your team enters a grace period defined by organization policies (for example, 30 days).
  • During this period, you can still cancel the deletion if needed.
  • After the grace period ends, all team data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • You will receive a final confirmation when the deletion process is complete.
