Settings
The Team Settings page allows administrators to manage essential information and security configurations for their team within mambo EMM. From here, you can update your team’s identity, configure authentication rules, and manage SSO providers.
To access this page, navigate to:
Team > Settings
Display Information
These fields identify your team across the mambo EMM platform.
Branding
You can customize your team’s logo for the console interface.
Steps:
- Under Branding, click Drag & Drop or Browse.
- Upload your desired logo file (PNG, JPG, SVG recommended).
- The updated branding will reflect across the platform for your team.
✅ This is useful for white-labeling or adding your organization’s identity.
Security
Force Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
You can enforce additional security by requiring Two-Factor Authentication for all team members.
- Enable: Force two-factor authentication for team members
- Once enabled, all members must use 2FA when logging into mambo EMM.
🔒 Recommended for production environments and sensitive deployments.
SAML (SSO) – Single Sign-On
mambo EMM supports integration with common identity providers for Single Sign-On.
Supported providers
- ✅ Azure (Microsoft Entra ID)
- ✅ Okta
- ✅ Google IDP
To add an SSO provider
- Scroll to the SAML (SSO) section.
- Click Add provider.
- Choose your identity provider.

Choose the login initiation method. Select one of the following options:

Mambo Initiated: Displays an SSO option on Mambo's login screen, allowing users to authenticate using their IdP credentials.
- IDP Initiated: Users access the Mambo application directly from the IdP's application console. No SSO option will appear on Mambo's login screen.
Click Continue to proceed.
- Copy the pre-populated IDP integration URLs and configure those in your application configuration in IDP.

- Okta Active Directory

Generate IDP login URL and Certificate from your IDP and come back to Mambo SSO configuration screen.

Click on Continue and:

For Mambo Initiated, add the IDP login URL and Certificate.
- For IDP Initiated, add the Issuer URL and Certificate provided by your IdP.
Click on Add once completed.
- Once added, enable the newly added IDP from the team settings to allow users to login using SAML.
When to use Team Settings
You should update Team Settings when you need to:
- Rename your team
- Add or change your organization’s branding
- Enforce stronger login security
- Enable SSO for enterprise authentication
- View important Android Enterprise identifiers
