User Settings

The User Settings section in the Mambo EMM Console lets you manage your personal information, login security, team access, and active sessions.

Navigate to: User Settings (bottom-left of the console)

Update your personal and regional preferences.

You can change:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Country & Time zone
• Language
• Preferred team (default team at login)

How to update

1. Go to User Settings > Profile
2. Make changes
3. Click Update Settings

Manage account security.

Change password

• Enter a new password and confirm it
• To be used on the next login

Wipe password

• Removes your current password
• Requires confirmation via email

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

• Add an extra layer of account protection
• Use authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Authy
• Can be enabled or disabled from here

Disabling 2FA is not recommended.

View and manage the teams you belong to.

You can:

• Open a team – Go to its workspace
• Create a team – If you have permission
• Leave a team – If there are multiple owners
• Delete a team – Only if you are the sole owner
• Cancel delete – If deletion is pending

Each team shows:

• Team name
• Your role (Owner/Admin/Member)
• Joined date

View and control where your account is currently logged in.

You can:

• See active sessions (browser + device)
• Log out from old or unknown sessions
• Perform bulk logout

You cannot log out your current active session.
